All services are performed under a written service agreement or proposal, which outlines project scope, deliverables, and fees.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Pay invoices on time and according to the payment terms listed in your proposal.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or unpaid invoices may extend project timelines.
3. Payments
All pricing is stated in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Retainer services are billed monthly in advance.

Project work may require a 50% deposit to begin.

Digital products (templates, downloads) must be paid in full upfront.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 7 days past due.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, templates, and strategies created by Ops & Flow remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their own business purposes only.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential.
Ops & Flow may share limited data with trusted contractors solely to perform services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ops & Flow is not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
Outstanding fees must be paid for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
