Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ops & Flow, we aim to deliver high-quality services and digital products.

1. Service Cancellations

• Clients may cancel monthly retainers with 14 days’ written notice.

• Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and due immediately.

• Deposits for project work are non-refundable once planning or setup begins.

2. Digital Products

• All digital downloads, Notion templates, or course materials are non-refundable once delivered.

• If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, contact support@opsandflow.com within 7 days for resolution.

3. Refunds (Consultations)

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your consultation may be rescheduled or refunded.

• No refunds for missed or same-day cancellations.

4. Ops & Flow Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit.
